Instant Gold Profits-Not Paying Me

I have tried to get someone to contact me and no one does.I try to cash out and the message says there is an error in my account,which there is notand they did it to my downline too.They never have responded to my tickets and they say we can get our principal back anytime? They won't give me mine back.
Anyone?? Help??
