1. Is the admin Adam, the same Adam of PayPoster ?

2. Why are the using that fully automatic setup of FreePowerBoards instead of the usual phpbb2 setup ?

3. Why using free domain ?

4. There is still no ads..but where from they have a sponser ?

I am a little suspicious about that board. So I recommend wait and watch. This board Pays a lot more than that one. And if you really want 3 cent/2 cent then I would recommend join GoldReferrels. Its a good and real paying site.
