Its a good program. Though there are not many international offers available but still you can easily reach the minimum payout there.

No it is not for USA residents. But yes, most of the offers they display for completion, are for the USA residents.

Yes, it is for only US residence. There is no option to select other country.

When you register the site, you would fouond that the coutry is USA, the site doesn't accept members from others countries.
