This folder is to discuss HYIP`s which currently have a poor record of paying members, and are under review. Any Program that gets put in to this folder which, in the opinion of the Moderators doesn`t meet the qualifications, will be moved to the relevant `General` folder for the particular program.

Please show only the name of the Program in the Title.
