Thanks for this fantastic list and I seem to know a lot of the names that are on it because they have either not paid be or maybe one of my friends who have been a member. They just keep you hanging on in the hope that you will get some money from them.
A suggestion for everyone is that if you request payout from a site and it doesn't immediately come, then do not abandon the site entirely until you know that you are definately not going to be paid. Most of these sites have rules like you must log in at least once a week or whatever, so that is what you do until you are 100% certain you will not get your money. The reason is that if you don't log in, then they can claim that you broke the rules and so lost all your earnings. Sneaky rotters some of them.
