we must have any regulations that control such hyips .....they do it to collect money then scam us
There's law on internet fraud. The problem is that it's difficult to implement it or to force it since this is virtual thing. No physical contact. The scammers have no fear since nobody can detect him.
Oh.. My turst about this was false.. what can I do.. Just switch over to other one.. Greate. Safe without any loss.. Thanks for all investors postings here.
