This folder is to discuss HYIP programs which have a PROVEN RECORD of paying members. Any Program that gets put in to this folder which, in the opinion of the Moderators doesn't meet the qualifications, will be moved to the HYIP Discussion folder.

We normally consider programs with around 50 days online before being allowed in this folder.
