Do you take 10,000 steps? It is recommended that we take 10,000 steps per day. I bought an pedometer to track my steps. It is actually kind of fun to make little changes and attempt to get to 10,000 steps per day! What changes have you made to increase the number of steps that you take?
I have not count my steps since I don't have any pedometer but I think brisk walking is indeed a good exercised for the heart. I do it sometimes but not regularly . Anyway I think I should need to do it to keep healthy.
