Do we have to pay for all those things or not?? And did you make that site yourself or you've been affiliate of something??

Which things? The report is free. If you are refering to the tool he used, yes you have to purchase it. I'm currently going down the same road and experimenting. So far so good, but haven't reached the amount he reached yet.

I also like the idea of not only depending on his adsense but also on affiliate links that are auto placed with the tool into his sites. Affiliate networks like clickbank and such.
