my e-gold ac. has been hacked today.
dats my very first earning from online
i contuct to e-gold admins.
but i loose the money

I m afraid how i continue my furthur transactions

ther is no gurantee about safety
my country isnt listed in paypal
so i hav 2 use e-gold
can suggest me how i secure my e-gold ac.

you first have to format your pc ... after that install a firewall and an antivirus ... them enter your e-g account and change your password .. then it`s all ok

for the save you can change your passphrase daily...so your acc will not be hacked...

1- Access your account from e-gold link not from any other given link.
2- Use the SRK when trying to access your account
3- Don't click links in your mail said that it was received by e-gold.

Make sure that you don't fall for fake e-gold emails that will ask you to login to e-gold to in order to do a "e-gold account verification" I get these e-mails all the time here is an e-example:

DOT NOT LOGIN TO E-GOLD FROM THE LINK BELOW! OR YOUR E-GOLD WILL GET HACKED!

how was it hacked?

remember the most important notice from e-gold that never click links from phishing emails.

phishing emails are emails that looks like have come from e-gold but are not. e-gold doesn't send email that prompt its members to click links inside the email. so beware.
