I think admin already know which referrals are real and which are fraud right admin??

bad referrals = one person joining under your referral link with several different user names

How bout If one person join as several user on several member link. Because I see so many offers for your forum, so this is will be made new cheater.

See. I also agree with adex. At least their referrals must be active or make 30-50 post. If 10 post, its really easy to complete that..

This is good.
But I mean not like that. Because so many offers to get referral for getting point, I think cheater will be join this by join from my offers and then join again from others offers. SO they have got much for it.
So How bout that ???

We have already come across this problem, points will be removed from both members that have referred the name person.
