I am an online promotor, and I have made hundreds and thousands of members for other site. I was also interested in promoting this site, and I palnend a proper promotional campaign for this one too.

However, for the first time, I have failed to generate any response for my campaign. At first, I thought, there is some problem with my referral link, and I am not being credited with my referrals due to it. But I soon discovered that this is not the case. I marked the total number of members of the site, and kept a record of them for a couple of day, and dicovered, that the site is hardly making any members.

Its a surprise that a good site like this have so limited members. As I see it, the problem is in layout - its very confusing. When I first landed on this site, I was also confused of who is who here. The adds r a bit tooo much on the front page, and its very hard to locate the right palce (for a beginner). I am used to all kinds of sites, but still, I found it difficult to navigate here, what to say of a normal surfer.

Also, I can see that you ppl are trying to make this site popular. As I see it, the 'Joke competition' is an example of it - you want to reach to more people. But as I can see, this has not been very successful (till date). Despite you offering attrative returns to members, yet this site does not seem to be popular as per its potential. Again, I think that is to be attributed with the layout -I seriously think the front page needs a face lift:

1. Less adds - and also properly organised, they seem to be 'interfering' in the site. I think they give a real hard time to any new visitor.

2. The subjects looks messed up - they also needs to be reorganised. There are some other paid to sites, that have a properly organised categories. I recommend cashposting - Pls check that site out. That might give you an idea about making the front page (and other pages too) more organised.

3. We need more topics here. Any new visitor comes and scrolls a bit, all he is gona see is terms like HYIP, Invesment, Dx, GPT, he will think that its not his cup of tea. I know this is basically what site is all about, but still, as I said the problem, as I see it is with the organisation of content here. It can surely be improved.

If someone wants to make this site more popular, and want to attract new memebers, sooner or later these things will require some serious consideration IMHO.

Thank you for this suggestion, We are already planning to improve the layout of the site, for now we will remove our 728x90 banner, we are not sure what kind of traffic for targeting, if your targeting untargeted traffic most people will not register sine they will have no idea what the forum is all about however if you will target visitors that know what hyip programs mean you will surely get better results.

May be he's right admin, to attract more visitors, then to attract all aspect of them first. First impression is important too, just like love at first sight. If the site is well organize and more attractive then the visitors may have intention to scroll over and keep attention.

But if first visit they see not really good arrangement, then maybe they press back button and seek for other pages. We must know that not all know that this site is nice , so advertising is more to attract peoples heart, so just give this site a kick with nice design and well arrangement of ads, i think it'll be boom!!!

IT would be good, if we can have the $300 Contest thread right there on the top, so that the visitor can see it as soon as he lands on the site. I dont think, ant newbie would even be able to locate it - its quite deep down there.

The header is now ready.

The contest is already posted as an announcement on top of every folder so any member can easily see it.

Can we also have it right their at the top on the front page - I still think its tough ot locate.

Also I could not find, how am I suppose to be back to the front page , once I get it any forum. I think it would be good if the Top Most Hyip baner, can give as link to the front page - I hope you got me. As a browser, I am finding it hard to navigate back to the front page, once I get into any forum.

We linked the logo to the home page and added a "poster contest" link

Nice job that so far admin!!! Congrats for your effort of that. This forum become more cool now with that cool banner.

I got suggestion here, i think it's better to put just one ads banner on top of the page. And then others you can put in the middle of the posting section, so the forum will look more clean and the ads more close to members (at the posting section).

I seriously think that those banners r creating a lot of confusion, particulary for the new vistors. I think if we are having a contest, then we should have proper promotion of it - If we can place the 300$ contest banner there instead of those two banner (I think we one need one there), that will immediately catch attention of a new vistor on this site - Right now I dont think any new visiotors are even able to locate that there is some contest going on! I think we should have a banner right there on the top - try it for a few days - whatever litltle i know of marketting, it would do wonders - particulary in getting new members.. And I still think that the layout has a lot of scope for improvement - particulary thse two front page banners, the way they are placed, they really give no idea about either the nature site, or the contest

and make it confusing for a newbie ...
