Please admin help me it is a special case - HYIPs Talk

Hi admin
I am a good and honest member of hyipstalk.I wanted to take part in Get paid to post contest.Which was paying 5 cents per post.First i though that min posts is 100 posts reqd: to cashout.So when I made 100 posts I requested a casout in that thread.I thought i will be paid in 2-3 days so i went off.But admin repled that i need 140 posts to cashout.But priblem occcured that due to a militar action our city cut off from whole country for 4 days.So I didnt managed to post as there was no internet connection.Now I am felling short by 13 posts.And contest is over.
Please admin can you please manage to send me $6 for my 120 posts.You can see my e-gold no: i $5 per 100 posts cashout thread.
Please I am in need of money and i also spent a lotof time on hyipstalk.
So please do afavor and pay me.
