and how i can cashout when reached the min. payout?

You will find the admin in the members list. There, pm to the admin with your e-gold...

You can see the number of posts you did on the top right of any of your posts...

its under the "Join Date".

As I saw at rules .. it is now 140 right ?

and next payment at 240 and so on..

am I right ?

bogdanel you still get paid $5 for every 100 posts but you must have 140 in order to get your first payment. After you get your first payment it will go normally with $5 per 100 posts, so you get payments at 140, 240, 340 and so on.
