very simple sites with lots of monitor listed, but all of them still waiting for some days

when monitors are waiting means they some doubt in the site.............

The rate works out to be 2% after 3 days. I wouldn't consider that as HYIP. Some monitors are still showing waiting status. I would not invest here unless it consistently paid on a long term basis.

Why can't i access to this site?
as you say, 34 % for 3days mean 2% profit after 3days , i think it's quite low.
But it's still good because u get back your principal fast in 3days. let's check more.
