LASTEST UPDATE FROM KATHY:
I spoke with the Liberty Reserve staff today to get as much info as possible about the site instability.
I was informed that our masspay system is not functioning because the Liberty Reserve server is still undergoing DNS propagation.
I was told that this would clear up in a few hours but that was 5 hours ago and we are still waiting.
You may be able to access the LR site and login but our masspay system will not connect to their server until DNS fully propagates.
I apologize on behalf of Liberty Reserve for this inconvenience and interruption in our business.
My complaint to their support team and techs is that if HYIPs made them the giant they are today, they could have posted a message about the api and masspay temporary disconnection on their blog.
We love the fact that they are now backed by gold but in actuality who made this possible? The HYIP business. Not the few merchants listed on their sites who also accept LR for payment.
Im gonna give them 10 hours to get it straight and if not I will be right back in their ear again.
IMHO this is unacceptable. Upgrades are good but a little heads up specifically on the api outage would have been appreciated.
At any rate we will get your LR payments to you ASAP.
This will not affect ebullion deposits or interest payouts.
