Yes, this is fresh site.
I think better join at fresh program and we can promote our referral link on others forum.

I have joined under you adex but I have a hard time posting banners into signatures.I would like to asked if we really need to posts banners so we could earn from it?. I wonder why when I placed the banner it isnt working.

So they have some referral contests as well. I think it is getting better already so we must need to promote this program as well. Anyway this site only paying in e-gold right?. Still 145 member until now so it would take much promotions before it could reach into 100 members .

So it seems that you could earn something from this site if your going to promote your links in autosurf porgrams. If you need to promote it then you must need to submit the program wherein you needed to promote this site because it will not count unless if the programs your promoting this one is not accepted site for promotionsjust like waytoprofit and sign profit.
