you can create your google adsense after joining the site there is an options at the members area and you can use thats account to your blog too.

the payment is using paypal.
at sales spider the point is how to build network and promoting your affiliate program to another members for free. there is thousands members there and you can build your referral with easy by your skill.
and if you have adsense account, you can place your ads in there.

after that you check your emails and click the activations link
after you log in you can read the FAQ and there is the explanations how you can build your network and earn the money ..
