i`m on this site, but now it`s a really bad site, because you have just one link valuated at 0,25c. You`ll need 4 days for one cent...4x50..it`s 200 days for 50c?? Too bad...

Though it has got a low payout but still i think that ptr programs are very slow earners. You cannot earn more than $2 from any genuine ptr program in a month. And in my opinion wasting hours on the computer for just $2 is not at all suitable.
You can't earn big money with a PTC, as you said with this PTC you'll reach the min payout in weeks. $2 in.. 3 weeks it's not good, you could instead use a PTS and do that in.. 20 completed offers.
