It's a trend now that most hyip admin use service from hosting that hide their info in the whois check. There is still alternative we can do to get the owner of the hyip.
Just beware that some of the whois site maybe run by hyip admin or his friend
I think now checking whois check is no use to us anymore since all the info is hidden by hosting server. Now we need to look for another alternative to check on one program site. Just don't take advantage on the good report by the whois check, some of them maybe useful info, but most of them useless in checking program admin identity.
Now we need to check on the hosting company trustworthy and service to disclose info and not the whois check. Whois check is for other purpose, but checking and contacting hosting server would be useful if it's available.

Yup, they can know whose the hosting company and start writing a letter to that hosting company to disclosed the owner of that website. But for normal user like us, this won't work.
