I've been scam many times.especially in December

nowadays those SCAM HYIP Admin will use back their IP address to build another site ... i've heard from many senior members that they use to do a DD about that program because they want to know wether this IP are the same that have been used by the former Admin ..

You can't wish like that because most of HYIps is scam at the end.
