I shall say that I agree in every part of your points up there. But it still ain't enough for members, the newbie especially to judge the good or the bad hyip.
I see all hyip are scam exceptional to those already long exist and still running at the moment. (scam when they stop paying investors accordingly as what it declared in advertisement).
As I said all of them are scam, but you still can make some money on it if your are fast. But seems that there is no control by the respective authority and there is no standard monitoring body on this kind of investment, hence you can see thousand of scam hyips born everyday.
Should have some experience of hyip before one invest and the invest should be minimum in the start one can bear to loose easily and shouldnt invest much if it doesnt belong to your region as it would be impossible to get to the scammers in that case newbies better rely on the experience of old investors.
You are right, we have to know the rule and depend on us, calculate the money that the admin have to pay in a month that we know that site is good or not
if it is an investissment you must have a risk,if block funds not moving how you consider that an investissmnt?
else,for big money HYIP there was a bad HYIP with drugs,arms,protitution,
and there was seems nice HYIP with wheat,oil and perhaps else, but i knew that with some HYIP with big money you hadn't the guarentee to get back you premier fund invested because you are out of a system of laws with HYIP
