1. Introduction

1.4 In case of illegal operations all bets of such a client are considered to be lost, and the official investigation starts.
1.5 All complains relating with bets results are accepted during 5-days period after the event finishes. The final decision is the Bookmaker's side only.
1.6 If the client is suspected to be cheating or abusing the system in other way, his account will be deleted without any refund.


2. Getting started


2.1 Firstly, the client must register in a betting database. It is necessary to submit your first and last names (please, give us your real names to protect the safety of the betting account), login and password during registration.
2.2 You can fund your account using e-gold system. Minimal deposit is 1.00$. All deposits below 1.00$ will be considered as a donation
2.3 The client is completely responsible for the secrecy of his account details. Bet-Estate is not liable for consequences caused by a loss of personal data of the client. The loss of personal data will not be considered as grounds for canceling of bets or canceling of withdrawal requests. Should the client become aware that the password and/or personal data has been stolen, he should immediately notify the Administration of Bet-Estate. For security reasons we recommend to change your password from time to time.
2.4 Only one account is allowed for one person. The exceptions are possible by written permission of Bet-Estate administration only. A client has no right to allow third parties to use his Bet-Estate account.
2.5 You can withdraw funds only to you e-gold account. Minimal withdrawal is 2.00$
2.6 In case of a wrong bets settling (for example because of wrong results of matches used for calculations), such bets will be recalculated. The bets, which were made between the first and the final calculations are considered to be working. In case where after the recalculation of bets the client's balance is negative, the client is not able to bet before he refill's his account.


3. Main Rules

3.1 All bets will be accepted in accordance to the current LINE, a list of events with the fixed odds and winning coefficients established by Bet-Estate.
3.2 The bets after registration on the server and getting by the player the message bet acceptance and coupon number assignment, cannot be changed or canceled. All communication failures are not a reason for canceling of bets, if the bet was registered on the server. A client can only make bets to the extent of funds in his account. When the bet has been made and registered, the sum of the bet stake will be deducted from the client's deposit account. After the bet calculation, all winnings are added to the clients balance.
3.3 The minimum bet stake on any single event is $0.5. The maximum bet stake is up to 50$, and is determined by the corporation for each event. Maximum winnings for one bet are 200$.
3.4 Company has the right to limit the maximum bet stake on the selected events, and also to limit or to increase the maximum bet stake for a specific client without prior notice or explanation of the reasons.
3.5 If there was an overtime over and under bets are calculated with the points scored before overtime. The handicap bets are calculated from Final Score.
3.6 The match will be considered as draw if there was an overtime.(There is no draw in Basketball)
3.7 The RED card in football match will be counted as 2 yellow cards.
