Hello StrictPay Members
James, one of our co-admins along with myself, has recently done an interview with 24SurfMonitor.com that Kent has just posted at the link below:
24SurfMonitor.com
We know that a lot of you became members based on our security, customer service, and easy to navigate site, but we thought you might like to hear a little bit about how StrictPay came into being. Kent's questions covered a lot of different areas of interest as well, and I think you will likely learn something about us that you might not have known previously. James also spoke briefly about why we thought it was important to bring a strong payment processor like StrictPay into the market right now. The interview is just over a half hour long, and it will begin playing almost immediately after you go to the address listed above.
We look forward to serving you far into the future, and feel free to email James personally at james@strictpay.com if you have any comments or further questions. We appreciate you folks being a part of the StrictPay family, and please continue to let the programs you are members at know about the many great things that StrictPay has to offer.
Thanks and we hope you enjoy the interview.
Mike

Hello Everyone,
This is going to be a quick update for Merchants. We are very happy to announce our new Merchant listing section. Any Merchant that accepts StrictPay is welcome to use this exciting new tool.
In order to add a new Merchant listing you will need to log into your members area, go to the Merchant center and click on the add Merchant listing button. Fill in the required information including your company name, website URL, contact email, banner URL and a business description. Note the description can’t exceed 255 characters. Once the form is complete select the category that best describes your business, then click add your listing.
Once you submit your listing StrictPay support will verify that everything is completed properly, and that you are a merchant using StrictPay. Please make sure that your site and banner URL are correct, and make sure that your business description is professional and appropriate.
The only requirements for using this free service are that your main page, signup page, or check out page needs to reflect that your site accepts StrictPay.
After we have our first submitted Merchant listings we will announce the locations that members can view this list.
Thanks
Mike

Hello Everyone,
We are very excited today announcing the addition of our Merchant Directory. In the Merchant Directory you will be able to review the different merchants that are accepting StrictPay. If you are a merchant and want to be included on this list please add your listing in the Merchant Center area in the Member's Area.
Please keep in mind that this list will only include the merchants who add a listing in the Merchant Directory. We strongly encourage all merchants take advantage of this new feature. This is a great way for others to find out what merchants accept StrictPay. The best part for the merchants is the fact that this listing is free.
The new Merchant Directory can be accessed in two areas, on the home page, and in the Member's Area on the left side under Merchant Directory. If anyone has any questions or suggestions with this or any other feature offered by StrictPay please open a support ticket.
Thanks
StrictPay

Hello Members,
As you may know, we looked at numerous companies that could possibly provide us with a brand name debit card before we decided to use our current provider. One of the main things we focused on when searching for a secure debit card provider was the ability to offer our debit card at a reasonable cost to our members, and that meant for both our U.S. and international members. Our debit card provider has just notified us that they are changing some of their terms of service, and we feel they are not in line with what we were originally promised. These changes came as a complete surprise, but we have always had a backup plan in place just in case such a situation would ever arise. We can understand that financial companies at times will have to implement changes, but we will not allow those changes to create certain disadvantages for our members. We are sure that you can understand why getting this situation properly resolved is as important to you as it is to us, and thus we have decided to send out this notice to keep you all informed. We apologize in advance for what is likely to be a long update, but we feel our members deserve to be completely informed.
Our debit card provider ran into challenges with some of their other customers that caused them to have to reconsider some of their terms of service. They had originally set up those terms so that the standards would be the same for both U.S. and international customers, but recently they have discovered that some of those international customers were running fraudulent programs. This discovery has caused them to revisit their exact terms in order to protect themselves, and thus we have had to adjust our business plan slightly in order to overcome this adversity. It is a shame that a few bad apples have caused many honorable establishments to have to scramble a bit, but like we mentioned above, we have always been prepared with a contingency plan just in case of such adversity.
Our backup plan is going to consist of rolling out a two part process that will help make this a smooth transition, as well as keep us running long into the future so our members can continue to manage their funds securely and efficiently. As we are sure you can imagine, setting up a completely new debit card platform will take a bit of extra time, but we believe that this two part approach will make the transition easy for everyone involved.
First, while we are in the process of setting up the new custom program, we are going to use our new supplier's basic program so that members will not have to wait 6-8 months for debit cards. We worked hard the first time to make sure the initial "waiting time" for debit cards was taking place before we even launched, and we do not think you should have to suffer because of changes that you did not cause. By using their basic program in the beginning, we will only have to shift back current members' debit card orders 4-6 weeks, and we will share some good news concerning that change later in this email. There will be some minimal changes to the fees and limits with this temporary basic program.
Second, which we are sure you have all surmised, will be our complete focus on starting over the process of setting up our own unique debit card platform. This was a daunting task the first time, and likely will be just as time consuming the second time, but we know how important it is to have in place. The good news is that by keeping the existing basic program in place, we can at least still get you a secure debit card rather quickly, compared to the wait that would be required while resetting up a completely new and unique platform.
We know it has been a long message, but please let us share some good news. All members that have existing debit card orders will be getting the new debit card completely free. We will begin refunding the complete purchase price back into your StrictPay account in the next 24-48 hours, and you will be issued the new card in 4-6 weeks at no cost to you. We will also keep your order in our system so that we can keep you informed as this process moves forward. Once the new customized program is in place, any debit cards members already have in their possession (from the temporary basic program) will be transferred over to the new platform at no cost to our members. By doing this we will still be able to keep future card orders processing smoothly so people will be able to have those transferred over to the new program as well. Again, we know that you were not in any way the reason for these changes, and we feel like this is the fair way to handle current orders.
We have also decided to offer one more incentive to help make this transition a little easier for everyone. Any new debit card orders from today through Monday June 30th will be processed at a reduced cost of only $17.95. We want people to know that we intend to be here for a long time, and that offering you a secure and convenient debit card is a major part of StrictPay's long-term plan. So please continue to let people know why you chose StrictPay, and we will keep growing together.
It has been a very frustrating last 24 hours, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We feel it is important to provide you with the best possible solution to your debit card needs, and we will keep you updated on the progress of both levels of the new plan. We appreciate you choosing StrictPay, and thank you for your time.
James, Mike, and the entire StrictPay Team

Hello StrictPay Members
We have added a new feature that we think will help add an even extra layer of security for our members peace of mind. We now have an alternate way to login to your member page by using our new Virtual Keyboard, and Id like to take a quick minute to explain the process to you.
At the strictpay.com home page, inside the login box on the top left, you will now see a Click for Secure Login link. Click on that link (as opposed to entering your information in the login box below the link) and you will be taken to a different login page. After entering your email address, scroll down to the new Virtual Keyboard at the bottom of the page and use it to key in your password. You will notice that the keyboard only fills in information in your password field so that nobody with a keylogger can track your password as you type it in.
We have worked very hard to make sure strictpay.com provides the highest levels of security available, but we know that adding this extra protection against a keylogger will just make us that much more secure. Feel free to use whichever method of login you are most comfortable with, but we are happy to let you know you now have both options available for your own peace of mind.
We also wanted to pass on a little more good news. We have finished our initial research and testing period with the currency exchange service that helps us transfer your Liberty Reserve funds to your StrictPay account. We feel very comfortable with how they do things, and we also worked out a great rate that allows us to now pass on some savings to you. Due to this reduced rate we have lowered our fee for loading funds from Liberty Reserve to your Strictpay account from 10% to 7.9% for our members.
Keep in mind that we are always here to make your experience with StrictPay as positive for you as possible, and we believe these changes will help keep us growing far into the future.
Thanks for your time, and please continue to let the merchants you use know that you want them to offer StrictPay as one of their payment options.
Have a great day!
StrictPay Team
