This information periodically updated (about every 20 minutes from 6:00 GMT to 16:00 GMT and less often other time). You can download free ExchangersChecker utility on site. This utility allows you do not depend of site update frequency and has usefull CheckTasks Manager. You can set desired minimal exchange rate, amount of currency you want to receive and minimize program to tray. When theese conditions will be accomplished, you will be reported (by fleshing icon).
