I think in order to minimize frauds n other issues while having a currency exchange (eg, paypal to e-gold or any other mode), it would be better if any representative of hyipstalk acts as a middlemen here.

Both parties should send money into the common ac of that representative n he can transfer it to both parties accordingly.


He can charge a reasonable commission per transaction, this would also help the earnings of the site, and would also minimize and fraudulent activities

This is specially recommended for some new and unknown members, who either have no experience abt how to deal with currency exchange, or who have just started n so many ppl would find t hard to trust them starightaway.

Let me have opinion of other on this
