The minimum is indeed too high to be promoted. I mean you must need a lot of people who could do some downloading for you. I think you could earn faster here if your going to make this an offer to paid to sign up programs. I think then you could really get paid by this program. It is just like downloading e-books but the problem is indeed high minimum payout.

Yes. If its paying for lower minimum. Many people will cheating and do something bad. So. it will harm this site. Its fine with me even its really take a long time to get paid. Just promote it only.

I think the best way to promote this one is to offer incentives to members that could download it. In that way they would surely download this program because a lot of people were indeed skeptical about downloading stuff. But I think when you downloaded it you could also uninstall it as well . It was easy to download and it was also easy to uninstall if you doesnt like to used the program.
