in my country, isp want to have more member so there are many gift to new mem. at first the speed is very hight then normal and slow. so we have to change isp yearly.

If it is done online. we will call it scam. But it's easy to handle thing offline. What about meet them in the office and make complaint or write an email to your local newspaper reporter. Let's make the news in the front page. By the way, where you from honkuz?

huhuu..i just dont think that easy challs12
i already seen many complaint by broadband subscribers in the local newspaper but their response really slow..
just wondering, how much do other country fees per month for subscribing broadband?
i just wanna compare the service ratio per fees in another country whether its the same with my country or much worst..

That's is normal, complaint being ignored, but there must a some way to wake them up and to make them sense their responsibility. I think there must be government on Non GO deal with complaints.

You haven't mention your country rate how can others compare with yours.

like u said earlier, monopoly is not good where it can lead to poor quality of services..
if we have another option to choose from, i guarantee the competitive to make a good services will occur among isp and no need we as the subscriber to complaint everywhere bout the services..

I read u came from Malaysia..so it was the country where i belong to too..
