Have computers really helped kids?
When children were in school, I refused to have a set of encyclopedias in the house. We went to the library, and I taught them how to do research just as I was taught.
In my opinion, you don’t get the feeling of accomplishment doing research on the computer that you get with the old fashioned way of using books. But like Miss Maltese, I guess I’m hopelessly old fashioned.
are you agree?

I feel we shouldn't keep our children away from computer just because we expect them to get in touch with the machine, only when they have the thing in their syllabus. Being accustomed with the new technology, and with the new machine operations will help them getting easy with it, and they will get help for it in future.

BUT,
What happened with Many children in US , many of them become victim of child porn, always stay in room all day long.
no social activity.
One Question :
Do you prefer your child to have computer or not?
