Floppy disk or USB? what is your best choice? - HYIPs Talk

I am no longer using my floppy disk drive because I already have USB. Besides I like USB more as I could no longer buy diskette and just plug it in my computer. Although here in my country most people still used floppy disk because it was expensive and they could not afford to buy USB. I would have used floppy if not for my aunt who supplied me with a lot of USB and I never thought it was very useful.

USB flashdrive is much, much, much more better than floopy drive
1. large capacity
2. encryption supported (this point, make it more secure !!!)
3. faster
4. easy to takecare
5. long life time

I prefer the USb because it is faster, has a longer lifetime, and a much bigger capacity, you can put 2 gb of data on a USB and 1.44 mb on a floppy disk this is very low.

USB is fast,durable ,easy to carry and use.
I prefer to use USB because it is cheap now and can store large amount of data.

You said that you dont use floppy disks anymore because you are using USB.
But i want to ask you: if you have problems with youre computer what do you do?
I agree that USB flashdrive is much better than a floppy disk but does not mean that you can solve all youre PC problems with the flashdrive.
I still use floppy disks because are very usefull

i don't use floppy disk for years...hehe

and i think it will not exist anymore in 3-4 years...and nowadays laptop manufacture does not include floppy drive in their brand new laptop anymore.

in my country usb is very cheap 12$ for 1 gb pendrive with 1 year warranty and 1$ for 4 floppies so obvious choice is pendrive

For me, I choose USB, as I could take it anywhere. I sometimes need to take some software with me for my business so I choose it.

I think that floppy disks are out of fashion now. I think that USB Oen drive is really the thing at present. It not only stores a lot of data but is pretty small so can be fitted into the pocket nicely.
