I prefer CDR-writer as it could help me to record videos or write other information. Only DVD could see but not write.

Well i have two CD-ROM (but this is not on my computer- i keep them in a closet) and a DVD ROM that i also dont use.
What i use now are two DVD RW both of them from LG. Im very happy with them, i use the often and still then i didnt have any problem. By the way.. the best thing is that they are black.

I have a dvd writer, LG 4167, it's very good, i'm very happy with it's writing capacities, and the speed is very good.I also have an ASUS cd-rom 52x speed.
