Anyone know about sites that allow us to download window theme, or software to create a new theme. Plzz recommend me

why not you search it at google search engine or tryiong to askng someone who expert at that type? i also love to do that. if you know more about that, let us know too. we all glad to know..

I'm using WindowsBlind (stardock.com)... best themes u can find for this software!

I don't recommend to use modified themes or something like that. After that soft modication my system went down - I just download a new Log On Background. At first it looks cool, but after that... =/

yup, never use any themes either
i'm just using standart themes
when i use modified themes, i feel something wrong with the system

For logon screen, I use Logon Studio (product of Stardock), and with Boot screen, I think best is BootSkin (Stardock,too

)
if u have strong system and good knowledge about computer, nothing bad'll happen
