Why do not you start a website of yourself ? If you have read all those you had you could earn in thousands of dollars.

Do you understand the term of information overload? Too much ebook to digest and its like loading a shotgun and shooting in the air for birds.

About site designing, i'm no good in it. I prefer manually writing a site instead but i don't have the skills. I use to stick with joomla but i got sick of it.

And another thing would BE CAPITAL. I plan to start, but how can you start from nothing.
I know these reasons might sound unreasonable but when it boils down to making real big bucks on internet, you need three skills.

1) Coding PHP/HTML (site designing/creating)
2) Graphic Pro
3) Seo Pro (TRAFFIC)
4) Site Management (adsense & CONTENT)
5) Advertising
6) Research on product (SOURCING if you're selling something)

Sounds easy to create
Everything takes time. learning photoshop is already time consuming.

I have no idea how someone could work without partners when it comes to starting a real internet business.

Apparently, if you get the softwares from me, you can consider it pirated. So who cares anyway.

Maybe if you have alot of money, you can hire ppl to settle the probs.
