How does MicrogramSurf works?
Join MicrogramSurf for free by clicking the "Sign Up" button on the site.
Wait a few minutes for your Activation Email. Click the activation link in the email to confirm your address.
Log in to your account at
www.MicrogramSurf.com home page with your username and password.
Click on upgrade account and purchase as many upgrade units as You wish. We only accept e-gold for the time being.
Click on "Start Surfing" to start surfing. Once you have manually viewed 11 sites your 11% will be added to your cash balance. You may view up to 33 sites to earn extra credits to advertise your own sites.
After 11 days, each paid upgrade package will expire
You can cashout at any time for the maximum of 5 times in a solar month.
You will be paid to your E-Gold account within 11 business days. You may have 11 active upgrade packages at any time.
How do I earn cash?
You must be an upgraded member in order to earn cash. Free members may test the program for 33 days; then they will purged from the system. You can upgrade your account at any time with vith one or more units. Each unit cost $0.20 each. The more Units you buy the more you can earn.
You earn cash and credits by visiting other members sponsored websites; simply visit manually 11 sites every day to earn 11% of your level. This takes less than 10 minutes per day!
You can also earn extra credits and cash by signing up new members.
Our referral program pays 11% in commission of each upgrade purchase made by your direct referral/s.
How do I get paid?
As a free member you will not get paid cash bonuses and you cannot earn referral commission.
Upgraded members payments are processed upon request; upgraded members can request their cashout 5 times in a solar month.
How do I purchase upgrades?
Click the Upgrade Account link inside your member's area or the Edit button to the right of the member level. Select how many units you wish to purchase and click proceed. We only accept e-gold at this stage, however other payment processors may be implemented in the future.
Do I need to have a website to be able to join?
You will have to promote another website in our rotation. You can use any website you like to promote as long as they comply with our regulations which can be found below and in the Terms of Service.
Why can't I login?
Click the Lost Password link there to have your password sent to your registered email address if you have lost it. The Activation link we sent you when you joined will only work once. If you get an error, your account is probably already activated and you should be right to login at our home page. If you still have trouble getting in, close all browser windows and try again. The following may help:
The user name and password are case sensitive.
Make sure there are no extra spaces in your login username or password.
Make sure your browser and firewall are not blocking our temporary session cookie. In IE6: Tools, Internet Options, Privacy tab, set to Medium (which is the normal default setting) or lower. Mozilla Firefox, Tools, Options, Security, Cookies. Check ?allow sites to set cookies.?
Some Firewalls may have to have the settings lowered to allow your login to work.
How do I allocate my credits?
Credits that you earn or buy are allocated to your account but not to your sites. You must allocate them to your preferred site(s) for them to be used and your sites shown.
Login and select "edit" on the right side of your account credits.
Choose how many credits you want to use to show your site.
Click on the "Allocate" button at the bottom of the page.
Your Ad will now be displayed in the rotator. If you delete a site, you will lose its credits. Instead, change the URL, you may use a site that you already have listed if you don't have another.
You may purchase extra credits for your site to be shown more often in the rotation. This is done via the advertising button and choosing buy credits from the drop down menu.
Free members are allowed to advertise 1 site in the rotation and upgraded members are allowed to add 3 sites.
Will my money be at risk?
Yes. Membership fees are non-refundable under any circumstance. It is intended to keep the program operating for as long as possible, while interest remains. Please do take note. As with all money making opportunities, there is a certain element of risk in it. In any money making opportunity, if the company is healthy and growing, your money will grow more and more. If the company goes bust, your money is lost. By telling you this, we may lose you as a potential customer but we would rather make sure that you are fully aware of these things.
I visited many sites today; where is my extra money?
We pay you to view 11 sites daily. By viewing more sites each day you will earn extra credits to use for displaying your own sites.
Are payouts guaranteed?
No. The proposed payout is 11% of your Member Level each day you view 11 or more sites in our rotator for 11 days totally.
The percentage may be adjusted up or down depending on the inflow of revenues. Downward adjustments may be necessary in periods of slow growth and could potentially reach zero at times to keep the program operating. The money you pay to upgrade your account is an upgrade FEE, not an investment. We state clearly that payments are non-refundable. Each member level you buy will earn for you for a set period and then expire. You can buy more levels at any time and extend your membership and earnings. Do not spend more than you can afford to possibly lose.
Can I reduce the risks of losing my money?
We believe that MicrogramSurf have great projects and is planned to last a long time. We however understand that you should make your own evaluations and decide, as it is not due to last forever.
Get your original Money back as soon as you can and keep it. Then play with your profit.
Be aware of the risk and spread it! Don't put all of your eggs in one basket. Seek and join other sites. And never spend more than you can afford to part with.
Is the server protected against Ddos and hackers?
Yes indeed. Protection has been installed and in addition we do make back ups of the data base twice a day. If for some reason an attack were to take the site down and destroy our data it would only be a matter of a few hours before we would be able to restore to the last back up point!
How can MicrogramSurf afford to pay us?
The funds go into a pool to be redistributed to our members as earnings. Also, 30%-40% of the above funds are invested in various programs. Additionally, when members advertise their banners or purchase any other services from us, we use a percentage of the revenue generated to be given to our members.
Why didn't I earn commission on my referrals upgrade purchases?
You will only earn commission if your account is in upgraded status. As you are allowed to have 11 upgrades running simultaneously, you are able to maintain upgraded status at all times to ensure you receive the commission.
Can I have more than one account?
No, sorry. Unfortunately we don't allow more than one account per IP.
What happens after 11 days?
If You stay free for 33 days Your account with MicrogramSurf will be deleted. You can use it to advertise your websites for free, but you will not earn money if your Member Level is zero.
I want to cancel. What can I do?
If you are a free member, your account will be automatically deleted after 11 days. If you are a paid member, then you will need to contact the administration of MicrogramSurf to be removed.
We will remove You from our system and mailing list. All cash and credits will be lost as we do not give refunds.
How to change payout information?
Payout information can not be changed. For security reasons all E-Gold account numbers will automatically default to the last E-Gold account used to purchase an upgrade.
Why was my site deleted?
It may break out of our surf bar frame, produce alert boxes, have Pop-ups or contain unacceptable content or scripts. Our rules are simple. If you break our rules deliberately - with Pop-ups, adult sites, sites that disrupt surfing or try to download anything, etc, you will be BANNED FOR LIFE. Sites must be legal and family-safe. We do not permit pop-ups, rotators, redirects, adult or offensive sites. As it is clearly stated that it is YOUR responsibility to follow these simple rules, we will not respond to emails about suspended sites or accounts.
Why has my account been deleted or suspended?
If you breach the Terms of Service, your account may be deleted. Please read the Terms of Service to ensure that you are indeed managing your account as agreed upon registration.
I missed a day, can I get credit anyhow?
Credit will not be given if you fail to view within the 24 hour period according to our server time. Make sure you view 11 web sites before midnight every day.
The time is located in your member's area.
The only times we will credit for missed surfing is if there is a significant downtime and /or it is announced by the Administration that credits will given on a certain day or days.
A good way to check if you have surfed for the day or not is to look at the hits earned at the bottom of the members area.
There are 2 lists, one with site hits received and one with hits earned. Both are dated and if the credits earned is more than 11 you will have earned for the day. You can also simply check your cash balance as this will say on which date this was last updated. On top of the members area details you will find the server time and date.
