Yes, ubaidahsan, it is paying monthly, since Dec 2005. Cashout 1st of each month if you have a min of 20$ in Cash Balance. Cashout is processing without delay in max.3 days.
eg:
in the last 3 days of the month you have 41$ in Cash Balance. In this case you have 2 possibilities :
1. compound 21$ [(30 units@0.7$) (is minimum accepted)] and 20$ will be processed as cashout 1st day of the month
2. do not compound and 41$ will be processed automatic as cashout 1st day of the month

NO CASHOUT BEFORE OF THE END OF THE MONTH !

wel i think good program thinking to join because monthly payment is not a bad option i think if they are stable like ti so no problem i think monthly will be fine and min cashout is 20 so i think if we cashout 20-40$ permonth so not bad and invest will also safe..
